Liquid Egg Whites

What brands do you guys like?  How expensive are they?  When and what do you use them for? (like when do you take them, and you obviously use them for protien)  Do you mix them in with your shakes?  Do you cook them as a meal/snack? etc.

I use All Whites by Papetti Fodds.  I mix in about a half cup into fat free chocolate milk.  I drink that and have a banana for breakfast.
