They just made the decision to have the #4 ranked guy move on, instead of the #10 Mir.

I mostly blame Mir though. Showboating, fat, lack of desire. He is back to gatekeeper status.

Between drug testing and forcing fans to watch cat fights in between the men fighting the Fertitas have ruined the sport.  The Fertitas are just moneymen and strive for greater mainstream recognition which equals greater profit (maybe).  I liked it when it was a fringe sport that the mainstream hated and women were for perving on between rounds and roided up men beat the living shit out of each other.  Now I can hardly be bothered illegally downloading a card.

Mighty Mouse dominated Dodson. It was impressive if not utterly boring at the same time.

These small weight classes can't carry a PPV as the main fight. The UFC should be smart and pair these title fights with another title bout (with a higher weight division) as the main attraction.

The only light division title bout that can hold up a main card, would be Aldo and McGregor. (just my opinion)

I never thought I would ever totally lose interest in this sport but I think I have.  If it was not for this thread I would not have even known about 191 and just caught the last two fights. Your right about the headline this was a yawn fest.  Maybe I missed some better fights.

First ufc event I haven't bothered watching Iin years. I'll watch the rumble fight online today but other than that this card, like yourself, didn't interest me in any way. Got my tickets for ufc in Dublin during the week though :-)

Dude, Mighty Mouse is world class. People rank him as the best fighter in the world. Its just that his whole division is boring to watch for most people. Aldo's and McGregor's weightclass is much more exciting.

The loudmouth midget with great kung fu, would also have to finish all of his opponents in style for anyone to care.

Johnson is as dominant as you can get as a champion, but people dont seem to care.
