most people don't realize that munzer wanted to succeed Arnold as the next greatest thing. 

he was working on it too, and obviously much more ripped than anyone before.  he was on his way.

I attended many an NOC in the 90s.  Munzer and Pavol Jablonicky always seemed to show up in incredible shape, be crowd favorites, but not win the overall.  I remember the one between Cottrel and Munzer.....at the time I thought Andreas should have won.

Porter was another guy, incredible shape, just lost in the mix of brutal mass monsters. But... I bet he is alive and doing well.

It isn't your fault...this apostrophe shit is out of hand.

Porter looked good, he was just one of those guys who didn't have the freak factor, kind of like Cormier to me - no weak points, just balanced and boring. 

Munzer did - looked insane on stage.  Pavol's conditioning shined.....stuff like that.

Munzer should have beaten Porter at that NOC.

that was the best shape Munzer ever showed up in - gained size but still dialed.

I heard that Porter won via politics - esp. after his heroic efforts to save Momo

he was a hero no doubt but andreas was the better man that day.
