Personally, I would remove the Flag, looks cleaner on a t-shirt IMO.  Something like this.

And you would need to get the original graphic for such a project, using that tiny jpeg wouldn't cut it.

also, the problem with removing the flag is that the legs are cut off.

It's not just the legs, parts of the dumbbells and arms are missing.  Original design is pretty poor IMO, needs a professional to update it.  

Maybe also, with the legs being cut off, throw the text below the legs, maybe something like this.

I've been purchasing a lot of T-shirts lately because I want to find one that shows off my muscularity without looking too obviously schmoe like. I've avoided T-shirts with logos. I don't want or need to make a statement on my chest. I spend way too much time posting on Getbig,  for that reason I might be willing to forego my aversion to logo T-shirts. I feel I owe this to Getbig and Ron for founding it.
