Saw ten year-olds play outside of Dallas, huge high school stadium that would pass for college here. Kids barely knew the rules, but the parents were f'n outta control. Cheating is cheating coach. I wouldn't associate myself with a team that constantly is caught breaking the rules.

Running back had a free house, the coach was banging college chicks or something. Then the coach went on to the NFL and ended up feeding enough adderall to his team to win the super bowl. Crazy times.
The problem with the type of guy you've described is that they aren't the type who can make critical decisions under pressure. This coach is the type to lose all common sense when the pressure mounts, however he should be fine in a blow out.
I think they'll find some hot headed young coaches probably put the kids up to it.
