I look at him and think of guys like Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson, who played the Mountain on Game of Thrones. He went from being an Icelandic professional strongman competitor at the height of 6'9 and weight of 419 pounds, to becoming a TV show actor.

I don't get it. It says he won the French Nationals, shouldn't that qualify him as a pro? Victor Richards won the Nigerian Nationals and got a pro card.

Only reason Vic Richards got his pro card is because of Obama. And when you give someone something who never had to work for it, they never learn to work hard and can't compete at the top levels. Isn't that right, Coach?

While I had the same fear, what is the difference between Morgan Aste and Quincy Taylor, who was also 6'4 and 360-lb in the off-season? Or Gunter Schlierkamp who was 6'1.5" and 345-lb at his biggest? Markus Ruhl was also 345-lb at his heaviest, and he was only just over 5'10.

Great photo of Sly. Looks like he finally found a way to take his hat off without taking his wig off as well.

As for Morgan's height, Sly is probably 5'8 barefoot and 5'11 or 6'0 with lifts. So this still leads me to believe that Morgan is somewhere between 6'2 and 6'4. He looks "long". I doubt he could be any less than 6'0 at the shortest. Dennis Wolf has that type of look and is 6'0 or possibly a bit taller. You don't see too many people under 6'0 who have limbs that look that long.
