Unfortunately yes on the look of my bi. looks like a little indent on my upper bi {I tore from the shoulder not from the elbow} strength is the same but it took awhile to get it back.

I tore from the elbow so it looks like I have insanely short muscle bellies leading to the shoulder. If I don't go for surgery, strength loss is pretty much guaranteed. Thanks for the info.

Ouch! my friend had the same as you and the rehab was longer then mine but his bicep looked exactly the same before the tear except for the little scar from surgery.
