Isometrics

Anyone here have any success with them?  Bruce Lee used to swear by this stuff for strength.

What methods were you using?  Pushing against really heavy loads?  Fixed objects?

using machines (leg extensions, curls, etc) with weights that I can only lift an inch or so, count to ten.

Sarcasm, had the most advanced fasique of his time and he DID swear by them, dont be upset with sars/mars... he just loves the natural man juice from the tap...
