It's not acidic at all.  Tastes like a mango with a texture like a cross between a peach and banana

One of the best fruits I ever had was Soursop or Guanabana in Kauai.  It was amazing.  A big green prickly skin and inside a white flesh with big seeds.  It was sweet and sour.  Just a delicious treat.  Apparently it is cancer fighting.  I haven't been able to find it anywhere here.

I used to had a guanabana tree in my backyard. They are really tasty!
