In my humble opinion, one of the best posing routines ever.



Another pretty good posing routine by Lee



Now we have this. Kai is practically stripping on stage.



Branch Warren just walks back and forth on the stage, pumping his fist in the air and hitting random poses. Music constantly changing. No flow.

Yes, thats another good one. There is flow, there is thought behind the music being in conjunction with the posing.

Labrada's definitely among the best. Shawn and Flex, too; and early Paris, before he got gay.

Haney hitting the FDB after the music change in his last Mr. O was probably the coolest thing i've seen on a stage.

Taylor's original terminator routine was cool too - called out Ray/Labrada and beat them.

Lee Haney always stressed the importance of posing.  He said that he would find a song that gave him chills and goosebumps which is why his posing was so beautiful and graceful.  It really was like watching a piece of art come to life and it was so professional and wonderful to watch.  Shawn was also great to watch as well.  Actually a lot of those guys really put some time and effort into what they were doing and it showed.  These days it is not only boring  but it doesn't look like dudes even practice...except for Kai.  

I don't like the S&M routines from Kai but his sexytime routines are quite riveting.  Everybody had their eyes on him and didn't leave because he was so on beat and really put forth an effort.

Agreed. While Kai is practically stripping on stage, at least he puts EFFORT into his posing routines. As opposed to Branch, who just walks back and forth, pumping his fist in the air, and hitting random poses.

jsus christ Branch sucks so fuckin bad. its even more ludicrous by comparison to the other videos in this thread. he actually resembles a tree branch... huge trunk that dwindles down to spindly arms. with his goblin face he is actually quite funny to look at. the exact opposite of what a bodybuilder should look like.
