I've no shame posting pics cos I'm honest on net and in real life. I know I have wide hips shit tris shit calves but I have good parts too and I eat and train well. I was just on holiday and a good 75% of people are horribly ugly and/or fat. 20% are average. I will happily occupy the 5%. 34" quads puts you in what... 0.001%?

If more people were honest less people would lie. I'm backing a loser there though.

They pale compared to quads. Need a rear shot but my bird couldn't take a photo to save her life. A mate took the photo of me in gym seated on a bench in changing rooms wearing only a towel. I ain't gonna give rear shots in that situation  

Like I said though I've killed myself to get them up to standard by training them 5/6 days per week; I don't get why people lie about shit when the average guy has 13" arms, 20% bf and no shape. 16" natural arms with good shape will have heads turning; 18" and you have people ask for photos with you ffs yet half the members of forums claim to have 18" arms....

I am natty and off gear for long time.
So those legs are what they look like not trained and off gear in natural state.

When I train em and go on gear they look just as big if not bigger than the bike dude.
The bike dude is clearly training and on gear.

that's just a fact.
Look at pics of lever one off cycle and Lee Priest or any other bodybuilder when they are off and not training. There legs are wayyy worse than mine off cycle and not training. Fact
