Pound a half gallon of water before bed and wake up and pound the other half...Wait a 1/2hour to an hour and then eat 2 to 4 pieces of toast with as many whole eggs(scrambled)as you want. Cut up some tomatoes and put them in with your eggs. No cheese. Within an hour or two you will be good to go...Cysteine in the eggs helps break down toxins. Tomatoes are good source of Vit C. If you plan on binge drinking two days in a row, do above but instead of tomatoes in your eggs, just go the Bloody Mary route...
