Point is women's tennis is awful. Men's a big server or random can outplay a top 10 player the odd time. Look at women's semis and finals scores in Grand Slams. Mostly sets won 6-2/6-3, rarely 3 sets, never high standard.

Serena losing was like Ronnie losing posedown to Jason Genova.

Totally agree, but the title is very misleading. Updates happen all the time. Nadal for instance. What's surprising is that it was near the end of the tournament.

Women's tennis is boring as shit because there is little variation. Baseline games until there's a winner. The men have at least some different players such as serve and vollyers but these are a dying breed. The men's also recognise when they're going down and change tactics.

I'm surprised the other female competitors aren't pushing this somehow. This doesn't seem like a sport where they are all on so there is no incentive to out someone. It took years and years for that skinny little liar Lande Armstrong to get outed.

Which makes sense - pay some dude in Houston $100K to make a compound that no one knows to look for is all that it really takes.
