Speed Stack workout drinks
« on: September 11, 2015, 07:54:37 PM »
I don't regularly take pre workout drinks, just coffee.  But occasionally I'll plunk down 3 bucks for a Speed Stack.  It's supposedly got all kinds of stuff in it like synephrine, bitter orange, vinpocetine and DMAE in it.  I'm not sure what all that stuff really does, but it certainly kicks me up for a workout if I am dragging.

I worry that there's some form of illegal stimulant in there.

Just available at the front gym counter from a cooler.  Pretty much every gym I've trained at has had them.  I think made by ABB or American Bodybuilding.

The Extreme Shock (or Xtreme I forget how they spell it) is better priced and tastes much better.  I prefer it over any regular energy drink like RockStar or Monster.
