When I was a shipyard mechy fitter, all day could be classed as cardio... I used to laugh at the functional muscle threads, as I was a heavyweight bodybuilder using my muscle all day long, lifting and hitting things..
Now I'm an engineering surveyor and spend my day driving to sites, shine my torche round a crane or a lift etc
I have to realy watch what i eat now, beforehand it was hard to gain fat as I be sweating all day. My training is much more ache free these days too, a twinge used to take weeks/months to shift as it would be aggrevated at work, now I'm almost thinking of squating and deadlifting again.
