Borderlines will turn on anyone when they have an episode, they feel guilty afterwards, they can't help it, they feel emotion in a different and far more intense way than most of us can even comprehend....its very sad situation to be in....because truly borderlines want nothing more in life than to be loved.....but their actions ironically (which they can't control) alienates everyone around them and doesn't allow them to maintain relationships.

Everything I say and do to Josh is out of love, even though he doesn't realize it. It needs someone with patience of an elephant and unconditional love to be there for a borderline and not end up becoming mentally ill themselves. Lucky for Joshua tree is that I have already been through this shit multiple times and understand it better than anyone.

He deserves better but its up to him to do the hard work to fix up his issues, all I can do is give him the tools to do it with.

Regular fucking therapy and professional help by BPD and CBT specialist's IS.

There is an accepted pattern of behaviour required to dealing with borderlines.
And being passive and accepting everything they say even when its wrong is NOT being a real friend or doing em any favors.
Telling em the truth IS as is making em take responsibility for their actions.

I also knew someone who was a borderline. Goodness me, the things she did! Over and over and over. They draw you in then turf you out.

All I know is that no amount of understanding them helps in a relationship. Eventually you have to stay away or get destroyed.
