Within 4 weeks I'll start a mass gaining period and in August I'll start my contest preparation for the World Amateur Championship (26-30th October, Czech Republic).

Hopefully I'll be around 209 lbs on stage (in 2004 I was 180 lbs)...

It will be impressive! I promise.

you look very good, Steve.  Nice physique.  your upper body should come up a bit more, relatively speaking compared to your legs.  Your conditioning wasn't the best...it was just ok, but should be a bit better and drier for a top show (nats) in USA.  Separation is good.  Poses look real good, you fall in real well.  Not awkward at all.  Good job.

My advice is to ingest twice the amount of gear you currently take.  Take growth and insulin and pray your stomach distends as much as some of the top pros.  Then my son, you will have chance.  Good luck on your endeavor.

Croatch..do you make a post if it's not ant-steroids related?

Oh..and before you tell us again your steriod taking in the past isn't an issue because you supposedly no longer have any gains.
