There are car guys that care about their cars. And then there are the show offs. These seem to be rich idiots who care not about the cars or driving in residential areas. Look how the guy in the LaFerrari goes through the stop sign and look how he comes out of the driveway. That is an almost 2 million dollar car that he is scraping. Most people who care about their cars, or something that cost that much would take care not to scrape the car (and would use the front end lift, if the car is equipped with it).
At the end of the vid, you see a building with a Bugatti Veyron. So, this maybe a facility that keeps these cars, and people are test driving them, or that is the owners vehicles, or that person driving is the owner of the LaFerrari.

Both drives were reckless and represent the "rich douchebags who want attention" segment of car guys.

Sorry, but most of the car guys I have seen, who do not appear to be rich, still drive like morons on the highways. Racing each other, with their oversized, ugly ass spoilers.

Why car guys?

Most car guys are better drivers than your average idiot in a sedan or SUV.  I don't know any real race car drivers who would do something like this.

I drive a 600+ HP car every day.  It's easy to drive them like a sane person.

I'm more concerned with soccer moms and their SUV.

The Ferrari driver in this video is just an idiot with money.  He deserves to be put in jail for doing that.

This is the Qatari royal family. (They're "royal" simply because they were the richest when these countries became independent when Britain pulled out).  The neighborhood is the section of Beverly Hills between Santa Monica and Sunset, the "middle class" section of Bev Hills.

I have a friend who knows these guys. (My friend's specialty is getting foreign rich kids tables at exclusive night clubs in LA.)  He says these guys are as douchey as you'd imagine.
