Im 28 days in paleo. For 28 days I have been doing a lot of intermittent sprints on treadmill and giant sets for shoulders and arms with anything i ccan find (car battery, cinder block, lol, I mean anything). Yesterday I built my own and squat rack cause I was given a whole pile of Olympic Weights and olympic bar. I was also given an old old old school stairmaster that I love. Today I did 6 sets squats, 6 sets straight leg deadlifts and 6 sets calf raises. Then I did 20 mins hard stepper and 20 mins easy treadmill. I started 28 days ago at 279 pounds and today, 4 weeks later I am 278 pounds
