To be honest i used it at the start to get the mobilty of semen up. I wouldnt use it for long maybe 3 weeks at 75mg a day. Helped with libido too. Much better off with combination of HCG and HMG they are the key to fertility. PS worked for me i found out this morning  ;)

you can use it for hard ons and possibly bigger loads but fertility is a whole different story

clomifen+hcg works best. tamoxifen reduces igf-1 much i think so i avoid it ..with hcg you will notice your temper and confidence increasing a bit too and you get level headed..not very sudden emotion change  like sustanon shot but its noticeable

No hcg and hmg in conjunction work best for fertility. There is no substitute for HMG !!
