Said to me directly once many years ago, goes on for 16 weeks or so to compete, then comes off for 8. He said he was in it for the long haul, too many guys abused themselves and fucked themselves up too quick. Clearly is not abusing himself stupidly like many others.

I've come very late to this whole 'Palumboism' thing so I'm not even sure of the proposed cause(s).  But I saw this picture of him recently and there's just something a bit "off" about the way his arm looks to me - is it just the angle, Photoshop, odema, synthol...?

Dana has bloofy looking thighs. Terrible. Has a roll of flesh drooping over her knees in a mutated bloofy kind of way.
