And that's the point. A society that is more "tolerant" and "accepting" as ever, combined with the "look at me" aspect about bodybuilding and today's social media. The IFBB is look at as trying to stifle this "artistic individual's self growth". An industry that has exploited it's competitors like cattle. Complete obedience, and they have been getting away with it for so long, that they don't know another way. This brings a spotlight on the IFBB, their practices, judging, etc. And other would be competitors will possibly think twice about joining, in fact, this might make other competitors lower the dosage and jump ship to other federations.

And I don't really like the outfits and what not, but apparently the promoters of these shows are ok with his costumes.
