Hmm, I bought two boxes the other day and had the same problem. I called Quest up, told them the problem and they are going to replace the two boxes I bought and add another one for free. I was told that the protein that was used in their bars was a different type of protein and that's what caused the rock hard and just shitty taste.
With that said, it's pretty cool that they are gonna send me three boxes for free and they even paid the shipping cost. I can't argue with customer service like that.
