hes talking how the commercials 15 years ago were good money,how a commercial would plax on tv for maybe a year and that you could earn 100k on only 1 commercials receiving residuals,and he says that nowadays you can earn from 3k to max 20k on commercials

he said that when he was 20 years old some lady aproached him and said him that he can retire in 10 years if he invest in stocks,and he didnt know anything about it but invested,said that he bought for 50$ then he would sell for 55$ that he would do this all day long staying on the computer and that it was like gambling but he played safe

he bought a nice house with that money,and some guy said him that in Georgetown real estate is going great and that he should buy,so Piano went to bank and pull out 600k equity on his house,went to Georgetown and bought 3 triplex and 2 house for 600k$ and rent them,hire some renting agent who was taking % of the rent,and in the end he said that real estate is not that good business as it sounds

he said that acting is a good payed job,that he was all over the places and that actors have some pay time where they film 16hours a day and that they get payed 930$ an hour,not 93 but 930$

I dont understand 1 thing in this video,hes talking about how hes made money etc,but why then 2 years ago on GETBIG his ex girlfriend came here and said that Piano is broke and that he lives in foreclosure,and even Piano registred here to tell that he has no intention to buy a house not worth it so he is living there until they drop him outta there...and why houses are on his ex wife names and not on his name (that is what his ex girlfriend said here on getbig)

Unfortunately his stories about his stock prowess/luck is too made up to even sound believable. I bet if you asked him what the exact stocks were in person, he'd be at a loss.

Anyone who supposedly made money from trading that easily & haphazardly, would've also lost it all when the .dot com market crashed.
