They should integrate a 1 mile race and a pull up competition.  That would scale the physiques down to more acceptable levels.  Would be very entertaining watching branch race ramy in a mile.

According to wikipedia, Rockel is the first person in history to overcome Palumboism.

I dont think hes ever had palumboism. There were some pics 8f him with a distended gut, but his waist was still narrow and limbs not deteriorating.

Hes been outspoken about ifbb judging lsst few years so im sure he will not place.
