I hardly follow bodybuilding any more because I see that as the years have gone by more of the same BS occurs. The incumbent Mr. Olympia practically has to drop dead on stage not to win unless the higher ups feel like there is a need for a change. Heath was 4th place at best yet he somehow wins the show anyway. It is so evident for people that have two eyes and a brain that the emperor has no clothes. What a joke this "sport" is

I just ate whole chicken with veggies and no carbs! I will soon fry or boil 4-5 eggs and snack on them while anxiously waiting...

Also I wiped the dust from my 60'' Samsung TV and kicked my wife off the couch!

 
in those pics its like he got bigger each year but not near as ripped as he was in 2011...i still think hes by far the best by a huge margin...


I'll start with Phillipe, let's see if he can pull it off this year... I hope we see some surprises from others
