If you want a Mr. O to look like a bunch of bodyparts were just thrown together into a mish mash, then you will want Phil Heath. If you want a Mr. O to look like all his bodyparts flow together in unison, you will want Shaun Rhoden.
Yep. Now that Rhode is in condition, he exposed the hell out of Heath. Heath's only saving grace is his bdb.
Good shots -- thanks for posting. 2015 Phil RDB: his lower lats are really bulging in that shot, almost swollen
Damn was hoping Phil would lose it this year.
Rhoden is lacking quite a bit here. His lower half is much bigger than Phil's but not better. Phil seems to have more conditioning in the hams and calves.Rhoden isn't exactly displaying any separation in the arms either when showing from the front (except in FDB)Damn was hoping Phil would lose it this year.
How do you judge this? Rhoden clearly has the better overall shape and taper, but, Phil has the superior middle back thickness and lower lat development. Condition wise, they look about the same.
Phil was at his prime 2011. He has declined progressively ever since.
Not this year. Phil still has him.
