Well he's always had a problem with weight. He's a natural "fatty". Trey had the same issue. So did Jay by the way but Jay conquered it. Lots of clean and a super strict diet helps.

Maybe it's all part of the plan. He comes in shredded at 290 next year and f-ing blows us away with the contrast.

NOT Farah's fault. I told you people Hammy wouldn't be in shape because he won the Arnold Brazil , very difficult to peak more than once a year , even more difficult to peak when you're missing muscle maturity.

Not if pro bodybuilding reverts back to the classic physiques of yesteryear, as per the hype of new divisions and federations suggest.

He's never going to get that " muscle maturity " be it genetics or he just doesn't want to come in lighter. People think conditioning is his only problem it's not. His balance & proportion suck too and his back needs work. LOT of potential but in a sport filled with genetic elites potential doesn't mean much

I don't think so. There is a swelling undercurrent to reward the classic physiques of yesteryear. Ramy is the antithesis of that.

Extremely difficult to peak once a year on the day of the contest never mind twice a year , never mind when conditioning isn't your strong suit to begin with , never mind you're relying on someone else to predict how your body will react, never mind you're still stuck on size
