He is a bodybuilder so there is a good chance that in 2015 he still does not know how to save the photo and upload it here, hopefully he can find a tutorial somewhere online that will hold his hand and show him step by step how to do this

I like how everyone just believes that a phone picture that they say is from someone and to someone else, must actually be from and to those people.

Anyone can put a screen shot up and it can be from and to anything.

There is no actual validation of anything.

Does he have express written consent of the two parties in question?

In actuality, I could see where it would be similar to recording a conversation. Some states require both sides to be on board with the release of the information.

Some don't. I don't know where Florida / Nevada / New York sits on this.
