My body doesn't handle caffeine well at all so never have it except for an occasional gas station cappuccino.
I need it in the morning as I train early................I feel like death in the morning and coffee does it for me.

I've never been one for coffee or much soda.  Just a caffeine pill.  Broken up, even.   A small fraction in the morning, maybe 1/8, is only 25 mg.  Enough to give you the coffee buzz, but not 400 mg you get with starbucks.  measure it, scale it back.  manage it.

I have not ingested caffeine in years and my energy levels are very high for a middle aged guy. Use stims like coffee long-term and you will suffer the consequences when you stop or cut back. The human body will fuck you hard if you allow it.

I'm trying this now, oh day 1 of limited caffeine and feel so tired!   Thinking is making. Starbucks run, lol

the first 2 day without cafeine were horrible. headache, pain behind my eye, nausea, lethargy. But now i feel like a new man.

Caffeine is a drug. With caffeine you think your body can, but in reality you're fried.

At the end of my caffeine nightmare, i remember a workout where i took a large cup of black coffee + 2 strong nespresso and i almost felt asleep during training. Burn out !

I have an espresso machine, once you get one of those, you will be addicted to cappuccinos!

My cycles all depend on whether I`m competing or not.

Right now I`m just running 500 mgs. Test per week.

After a time on this I may go to 750,then 1 gram for 3-4 weeks only, then I`ll taper back down and just come off completely for a little while or stay at 250 mgs. and just cruise.

I have never done PCT and think it is unecessary.............. .for me anyway.

during a contest prep,I add in a few more types of gear to try to acheive the desired look.

Off season, just Test............remember I just turned 60 in June so my Test levels aren`t what they used to be when I`m clean.

I have just started again and was clean since 2011...............felt old and got so discouraged with training that I quit for 15 months...........just rounding into halfway decent shape as we speak.

If you are interested in starting up again, just do 250 mgs per week............if that doesn`t help,I`d go 500 but not any higher than that.

EDIT:

If I`m making good gains on 500 mgs.I won`t go up.........why waste it as I`m not a huge guy and never will be.

I try to use a dosage that gives me the results I`m seeking as a rule even if it is a baby dose compared to others usage.

The reality that some people don't use PCT is very interesting to me.  I haven't read much to say that guys back in the earlier days were using PCT, for one thing... yet I haven't seen much to say bitchtits and related things were common, either.  I'd like to know the whole story, but it doesn't seem to be written anywhere.  Very mysterious subject.

I`m the type of guy that uses and at times I go pretty high depending on my goals at any given time, but I would say that I am not one to rely solely on the gear..........I diet strictly and train as hard as I can.

Never had gyno issues in all the years I`ve been using.

For HRT you are just pushing back the age that you will have negative age-related symptoms until it doesn't matter as much anymore.  This is also true of women on HRT; you just push back menopause until they're 55+ instead of 40.

If you're having symptoms at 37, wouldn't it be better for you to be symptom free until your mid 50's?

It's your call, but it just doesn't make sense to completely write-off a known effective therapy based that you will be on long term.

I'm just not convinced it's the healthiest option...

Most of the research on HRt is from the drug companies that make money off of you getting on HRt

Too much money involved for them to tell us it's not the healthiest option. Kind of like smoking 50 years ago

It's made for health and longevity...It's more "safe" than low T....If cigarettes were originally made to prolong life then maybe we can compare them but smoking was never considered that...

Can you prove its safer than low T?  I read a lot of studies saying the current research is inconclusive.   Critics argue it leads to heart disease by altering cholesterol and increases risk of prostate cancer.

Yeah, me too but for some reason caffeine makes me more tired overall. The boost doesn't last long at all and drains me moreso.

Critics are people who aren't on it. Just like critics of multiple steroids are people who are in a lab and haven't used them and don't have any human studies. TRT levels will not destroy your cholesterol lol..High average levels does not produce enough...Your body can handle it...It can't be high if you're using right dose...More test = more cholesterol in most cases...If you're a healthy 40 y/o with 1100 levels you are a perfectly above average healthy male...Keep an eye on hemoglobin, hemocrit, RBC and blood pressure etc but any 40 year old should anyway....IN any case alot of that if you have higher levels can be solved by donating blood a few times a year...

people need to understand there's a huge push to minimize males.  so the message from the news will be against testosterone.

I wanna make young bitches uncomfortable when they're next to me.
