im in the same boat.  38.  i can get through the day but goddamn i'm fucking tired as fuck.  I'm in better shape than 90% of hs kids though and most 20yr olds.  Unlike that fag OP though i'm def going on TRT after training natural forever, literally.  Fuck this noise i wanna feel like 18 again.

I wanna make young bitches uncomfortable when they're next to me.
Why am I a fag?   You seem very mature

Anyway, I currently cycle on and off to try to keep my natural test levels up.  I think William Lewellyn agrees cycling is safer and healthier on your body.  Right now I'm off x 2 months and plan on staying off for 5-6 months more.  My last cycle was 5 months.   Just overall in limbo now, should I stay off or jump on real HRT

Just trying everything else before committing to life long injections

I'm not going on HRt, just don't believe in taking test the rest of my life.

I am trying to cut out all the caffeine I drink.  But already get sleep etc, don't drink and work out 3-4 times a week

Any energy tips?   Bcaa?   Would gh be of benefit?

I'm 37, 2 kids, own a small biz etc... So life is stressful but can't do anything about that

When I feel tired, run down, and like life is kicking my ass I just think of the pathetic existence of Josh Rehaluk. How he has to beg Joon for $20 so he can eat this month and how he has to endure his girlfriend riding and sucking jigaboo and cock because his dick is as soft as Shitso's triceps.

And suddenly life doesn't see so bad. And I think of that pic of the obese welfare bitch with his lame fishing rod and hand me down Goodwill clothes and all of a sudden the laughter rejuvenates me.

Thanks man.

Being on juice at 26 was fun, but I guess it takes it toll later on and now at 37 with wife and family, being on seems selfish and foolish but yet, I don't want to stop.  Kind of like saying you are not allowed to have fun ever again.

I guess, I'll just continue to cycle on and off, just hate being off, but I would hate even more being test depended the rest of my life...

see, that's the problem with makīng the decision you did back then when you were young.  there are upsides and downsides to jumping on to gear, but maybe you didn't consider the downsides as well as you should have.

now you're in a position where you MUST make the tough decisions.

can you pinpoint exactly what it is that would make you think it's foolish and selfish, as you say?  you mentioned making scratch, so it isn't the money (right?)

and btw, your low test levels will make you feel like shit.  you will feel depressed and terrible, so that's probably not going to help anything.

yes, i caught on to that (late).  i understand where you're coming from.  you don't want to deal with the thought of leaving your kids too early when any doubt exists about health issues.

maybe ride out the storm.  if you can have normal test levels, it will allow you to count your blessings and move on.

only two months after being on for 5 months I wouldnt say your test has bounced back alot yet.

Here in Europe a doctor would consider low test still acceptable, preferable to being slightly above the upper limit (Me)

Stress and anxiety can cause all that lack of energy. I am on the same train as you and only 39.

Yes, constant sympathetic arousal can fry the adrenals. Amp up, crash..  Amp up, crash. That sure leads to long term fatigue and depression. Even practicing and re-training proper breathing patterns can help eliminate fatigue, depression, etc.

This is why you are tired all the time.

Your body is still recovering for your last cycle and PCT.

Takes up to 6 months for a proper rebound, assuming you had a healthy HPTA before your cycle.  Hopefully, you have a baseline of bloodwork prior to your cycle to compare to.

Good luck, it gets better in a few months.

Just wait for the light at the tunnel end.  If you honestly feel you're risking cheating your kids (and it's not a bad thing to be concerned about), then just wait to return to normal.  But as far as cycling up and down, I don't think it's fair to your kids because they're probably going to wonder wtf is happening w dad.

But my cycles are light, gain about 15 pounds and slowly lose it over maybe 4-5 months, then I repeat it back up .

Just feels healthier to resume and start natural test production up.

I went from 216 to 239, been off 2 months and now at 236.  I feel like aggressive pct help preserve the gains but also continue to train hard etc.  yes, not as sharp, but with shirt on, I still look almost the same as when on.

I'm going way out in left field here.  How about listen to your body and take it easy for a week - go to bed early, get plenty of sleep, eat good food, go easy on the booze, etc?

Or you could cast around for some high octane combo that lets you just ignore what your body is asking for.
