Bush built JSOC to the capabilities that it had a chance to kill Bin Laden. TF 19 and TF 17 spent years tracking Bin Laden. They were doing all the things that the squishy ass libs like Obama whined and complained about. All the BS about water boarding working or not working....they tracked Bin Laden for years. Bush gave that answer because unlike the fully documented indifference to intelligence that Obama shows, Bush was paying attention and not tiping his hand. This is what I'd tend to believe, too. I wouldn't refer to him as a "progressive", though. Isn't that the new word for "liberal" or something?
