A personal trainer can't make you get the body you want no more can a financial advisor make you rich - ultimately it's up to you.
This is generic, bland but the truth. YOU only lost 1lb fat because of what YOU are doing.
Some of us lose weight on 5k cal/day (me) some gain fat on 1.5k cal.... I've shitty calves and random fatsos on streets have better calves even though I hit calves 5 times a week. That's life, it ain't fair, but you control it and have to work within your limits.
