This is a video of my 77 years old training partner Ernest Tuff deadlifting 200kg - 441lb x 3 in the gym today this is a new 3 rep PB for Ernest.

Very impressive. To me this is the purest of all power lifts... Squats have wraps and suits and benches have shirts... Both have weird hand placement or depth issues....


Deadlifts don't... Weight on floor, weight goes up, weight does down.
