Phil is in desperate need of a nose job. That shit is getting way out of hand. And his hands are a mess. Really starting to look ugly. Acromegaly side effects really starting to kick in...Dudes with Acromegaly live much shorter lives than the general public...

He just doesn't do it for me. Phil looks "fake" to me. I watched this show recently where the guy got fake muscles or something and that is how he looks. His arms are just way too big. He just looks like someone put Mr Muscle potato head together.

He should have kept the facial hair.
