What kind of diet did u follow for such crazy conditioning??
you won't believe it. protein was mostly dry curd cottage cheese (disgusting) mixed with oatmeal or unflavored pasta. very uneducated about diet at the time, not that I got much smarter. about 125 grams of protein per day and almost zero fat. this was with 4 hours intense weights per day and 2 hours cardio. I cant believe I retained any muscle. 233 three weeks out and 207 onstage.
