What are the repercussions if caught?  If someone complains and they trace back your IP is it a crime?  Can you be charged?  I tried it on DirectTV and had full access to someone's account.  I could have made a payment, cancelled their account.  Seemed like I could get in serious shit so I just logged off.

nah, unless the person with the account knows you are on it, then wants to do something about it. Even if someone realizes someone else was on their account all they do 100% of the time is change their pw.  Plus there are thousands upon thousands of people doing this. Most of the people who use these accts also use a vpn. I would rate the chances of being busted at .000000001%. Just dont buy stuff when you are on someones account, like someone I knew who bought Showtime when they were on someones Hulu lolol (oh wait that was me  )
