From the pics on flex online it's the best I've seen him. Dude is finally shredded. IMO he should be winner and I'm not even a Melvin fan.

bring up the pecs and youll beat dex. but its such a glaring fault when compared to other pro's ....youll never beat them untill you do.
and maybe switch from team vyo tech and get some quality supplements too.

me fink melvins problem at the arnold was that he hactually appeared too black on stage. i know meself has this problem quite a bit. me fink the judges may in fact be racialist innit.

I do find my bowel movements when taking BSN are pretty violent.

Perhaps a switch to Vyotech will make me more graceful in those situations.

I dont use supplement apart from gainer and protein. I find everything else innefective

Melvin was in great shape,rear double bicep pose is awesome ,just need's judges to give a better look as they started to do with darrem charles.melvin just needs to keep conditioned ,might be tapped out on mass for his frame .small joints and all.
