Dennis Wolf upper body atrophyin like Ronnie

I noticed this Olympia that his upper body is visibly smaller,he said that he had a bad offseason

He probably just dropped his protein from 500 to 400 grams a day. He should bump it up to 600, that should cure it

So a lighter stage weight automatically means atrophy? You have no clue. Maybe that was his actual goal (same as Farah did with Kai)

The problem is he was very depleted 2014 also, no fullness. Flat!

Now even flatter and less full than 2014. He is ripped to the bone, but maybe to ripped and to much focus on diet?

He almost start to look thin...

In 2007 Dexter looked like a lil kid next to Wolf, now they're the same size in the upper-body.

Wolf is definetely done, can't get the volume in the upperbody anyomere. Also his arms completely disappear in the FDB and BDB.

anybody with one knows how hard it is to KEEP MUSCLE.

People with fast metabolism must work 2x's harder than those without.  Dexter's metabolism slowed because he's old as dust.
