Here. I'll actually answer this. In 16 years I have missed my medication one day. There are multiple factors that play into the moods of bipolar people, with me it is eating the wrong foods, lack of sleep and lack of exercise. Since I have, for a long period now been consistent on those, my moods have been stable. Now also, the formerly fat and out of shape me has surpassed you and is in better shape than you. Your sad little world gets sadder with each passing minute.
