those quads are so big they are almost too big. could use some more calves and hams to balance it out.

other than that just needs to come in diced

Decent routine! And as large as he is, he could pull off the classical poses pretty well.

I'm really pulling for Ramy. I truly believe he could be one of the best ever. He has superior shape and proportions. And all the size he needs. Could have easily competed with the best in the '80s to mid '90s. If he just brings those legs down a little, concentrates on progressively getting more refined, and keeps his waist as small as possible, he will kill it. I really hope he reaches the vast potential he's capable of.

Not almost. They are too big. He shouldn't enlarge his calves and hams, he should reduce those thighs.

These Ladies who didn't know anything about bodybuilding thought he should have won because they thought he was the hottest. I would take this over branch and phils routines.

That is how they judge bikini. I'm sure most of the judges are going by who they would most like to bang. I think that should be part of the men's criteria. Plus those scores would get thrown out. I do think they should get non bodybuilding people to judge to emphasize things like presentation and they should score the routine.

Like I said I was with some people who know bodybuilding way better than me and they all thought phil was getting murdered on stage. I thought he would win but they had Dexter and Shawn beating him. So I don't think they were any better than those ladies who were just going for Roelly because they thought he was hot

But he filled out and dominated on Saturday. Phil was untouchable on Saturday.

I didn't think he looked very good on Friday night. His tan looked off and he lost me with the screaming like a lunatic. I thought Shawn was better because he looked like his body parts went together. Phils arms seemway too big for the rest of him.

More go round in him. It will be interesting to see if he can nail his conditioning. Knowing how those things work it could be really challenging. The body does what it wants after a while no matter how much chemicals are pumped in

I think the new tuys are going to start climbing the ranks

better than todays ususal standard, moves well for a huge guy though
but music was not that good or dramatic, didn't peak @ any point

watch Lee haney or phil hill if u want good old school posing

No but include women who aren't necessarily from the bodybuilding world.

This would improve presentation and the routines dramatically. Why shouldn't charisma be judged. I'm tired of being bored out of my mind watching people March around the stage growling and shouting at the crowd. Back in the day guys like flex, Shawn, and Vince Taylor knew how to keep the people's attention .

The funniest people at bodybuilding shows are these women who start cat calling and it's usually older women.

People are nitpicking when they are writing him down.. Look at the critique:

Too big thighs
Not cut enough

That is the best grade you can get basically. Not even a real gut on him

Yeah, he should work in the 12-15 rep range from now on and focus on maximum contraction and squeez in every rep.
