The fact that his name is not "Phil".  I don't think he looks like shit, but that is not a particularly impressive pic of him.

I was curious as to the pre contest shots.  Haven't seen any posted as mentioned.

SF...of course you can't be as hardcore as me...unless you amassed 50lbs of muscle with zero drugs to do so, from A-B.  I'm well aware of this.

Ive trained with NW/. Hes in excellent shape. You can or cannot believe me. I am sure NW is not losing sleep over it.

Ernie Taylor is crying about how well those arms are done up, I'm sure.

When something looks too good to be true it usually is...and someday people are going to look back and plainly see how out of whack those arms are.

His abs are getting blurry. Losing detail. When he was younger and lighter, his arms had more detail to them.

I think Mr Olympia gets harsher criticism because he's the gold standard.

I will never get the narrow comments because in this picture and in person he's too poofy for his frame. I just don't think this looks very good. His head also looks crazy and is distracting.

I also think many of the negative comments have to do with his personality because if he acted better then I think people wouldn't do as much fault finding

Sweeps and round muscle bellies is what makes a bodybuilder, either you have the genes for them or you dont, Phil has very good arms as i said before he has a great brachialradialus which gives him a edge, i watched the prejuding and phil did have a edge on everyone, not saying he is one of my favs but the man did look best in show

Agreed. Phil is not a popular champ. He has no charisma or character.....The above photo's look unreal, unfortunately the probably are. He didnt look like that on stage.
