Yes this is the key to Phil's arms, I think I've posted about this before as well.  In some shots it looks almost like he has another muscle that everyone else doesn't.

Agree, precisely what makes Dexter, Flex Wheeler special. That is the only reason that Phil gets away with being narrow.

Conditioning from the rear is a huge thing. Phil has awesome hams and glutes. Anyone you think should beat him will have to tick this box first. Then you can look at chests and delts etc. Incidentally I was really hoping Kai would compete and win. But in his absence Phil has the driest crispest back, best overall conditioning and best balance.

Roden has great shape, but is waterlogged as hell.

Ramy could win but brought too much fat and water.

Wolf, structurally despite his strengths has some major flaws which Phil beats him on.

Which leaves Dexter. I'd be happy for Dexter to win. He loses on calves, but otherwise you could flip it between the two of them.

Agree that when Phil turns around he dominates. No one comes close especially this year with the detail and crispness from the rear.

His arms, delts & chest thickness all huge.

Waist / abs- not good.
Neck--  what going on there.
Legs -- Thick, no shape / sweep.

If we didn't know it was Phil & it was some random
