How is your diet now...care to tell what you eat in a regular day now and how much
Yeah I' went in today for a check-up and also tried to get prescribed arimidex. I weighed a solid 185lbs even! and my BP was 104/62 heart rate was 98 BPS. They couldn't even put the regular blood pressure pump around my arm. I can post up my summary everything I said is legit weight/BP ect!
I eat clean! start out with 6 eggs with spinach on top with a wheat bagel plain, Ive been staying fairly low carb most days. the other 3-4 meals is chicken breasts and spinach with another half wheat bagel, Post workout I'll grab a higher glycemic carb like white rice and chicken or steak. cutt-off carbs close to bed.
I'll do more eggs and spinach a few hours before bed. I do have 1-2 re-feeds days and I get alot of cals in. I can pull a juan Morel if I want and just eat burgers and pizza and muffins usually I start clean on re-feeds always eggs and spinach then I'll start cramming in some junk/ usually on re-feeds it can get as high as 8 meals 4 clean.4 dirty- about 10,000cals on re-feeds. On those days I up my HGH to 4-5 IU and 100mcg T4 and 4 tabs of albuteral.
I have my re-feeds on saturdays after busting my ass all week in the gym sometimes twice. I do fasted cardio in the mornings and sometimes do low volume heavy weights and come back at night and do volume.
I'm training way harder as far as weight goes. I'm not going to get thicker lifting how I was. I was doing way to much light volume. Now I am doing heavy weight and trying to push 15-20 reps per set. It's made a big diffrence. Ive been doing alot more time under tension when doing arms and chest, really trying to get my bicep peaks popping.
I'm finally healthy and should grow nicely this year. I spent five years doing nothing physical and abusing my body and it's just recovering. I can show you guys pics of when I ran long distance and ran marathons I'm tiny. if you think I'm small I'll post my old marathon pics and you will see how much size I put on in the last 10 years.
