im gettin really suck of tuna out of the can


what are basic ways to make it easier to eat. also, is tuna every day or every other day too much mercury?

I wouldn't worry too much about this unless you're a pregnant woman or a baby. I eat my tuna with miracle whip, lemon, or mustard.

mix the tuna with barbeque sauce and it tastes just like barbeque pork.you can also try tuna in water or tuna in oil. switch to the one you havent been using.the water has a much better taste in my opinion. eat it with crackers also. sometime si mix in some beanut butter with it. that also gives you a lot more protein and some good carbs

i just chase it with some milk...takes me about 40 seconds to eat a can.

i just take a scoop of peanut butter in my fork then take a scoop of tuna and eat.i dont mix it before hand

I believe mercury is only a concern with white albacore tuna.  Stick with chunk light and you should be fine.
