He has the basic tools to succeed, good taper and good muscle shape. Its just a matter of adding about 10lbs of muscle and getting in a bit better condition.

I think he looks pretty damn good, it's just every one eles looked a little better to the judges. He will start to plave higher soon once he fills out a little more/

Cook does have the basics (impressive muscle shape and fullness, good proportions and balance etc) to do well, but he really needs to get into better condition to have a chance of cracking the top 5 even at the smaller shows. Razor sharp conditioning is where its at in any show these days.

He looks great in some shots (from the side) and crappy in others (from the back). He's competing at 270. He needs to be about 15 POUNDS lighter. The thing is though he's never been peeled for a show. He's got a lot of potential, but it's about time for him to figure out his contest prep.

he was competing at 250. in fact he was shedding wieght as he went along. he plans on put on about 20 to 25lbs next year.

He is a "Decent" speaker. He was a guest poser for a bodybuilding show
here at Lackland AFB. He gave me some calf advice at the base gym. Cool person

What did he say? Does he advocate feeding them corn or grass? And what is his position on free grazing? Nice to hear a pro bodybuilder talking openly about farm animals.

I think that if chris can find a way to come in razor sharp, he will do very well. I think his physique and muscularity is where it needs to be, its just his conditioning that is holding him back.

Chrisco57, I understand you re a big fac ( seem to know the guy personally too )
but you should try to be a little objectif. Your opinion about chris a always very biaised.
The guy look very good, nothing against him but I don't see him top 3 in any show this year or next.
His frame his so damn big that he needs to fill out a lot. In the double bi his back disapear.(compare to other competitors).

Good luck to chris, he is in the good way. Hope he find out why he isn't able to get rid of the h2o soon.
