Typically known as color-vision testing, but I can certainly see where a tool of this level of complexity could serve as a gauge for latent homosexuality.

I'd even go as far as to say that an inability to see the number on the 5th circle is probably a more solid indicator of homosexuality than what allowing your rectum to house a penis would suggest.
