makes me wonder,obviously a ton of water needed and certain otc supps i suppose for digestion/kidney health,,i wonder how many guys get kidney stones or urinary issues from all this protein..i eat at least 200 grams or less depending and i worry...

I know a guy who had a similar weight in his prime as Roman. He consumed 250 gr max, so I can see no reason to tax the kidneys with 450 gr.

ya never know,,i believe you,,i just can't see eating that much without some change in body chemistry other than more size 'thats the cosmetic'change i mean health internally wise.

This person is a humble guy who's in the training/coaching biz for 40 years. He has nothing to sell, so I can see no reason why he's BS'ing. It's just like PED dosages, there's always that law of diminishing returns. You're only taxing your body when you overdose.

I'm not that much into coaches, but he def needs one, one that kicks his butt when he isn't working hard in the gym, is cheating on his diet or is partying.
