Funny thing is, that when I watch Charles Glass train these pros, he is always having them do new movements, i.e., change an angle of a bench, hand position, or use a machine in a unique way. I cant even count the times I was doing these same movements even before watching his videos. And people pay him for this shit lol. Training like a bodybuilder is not rocket science. Do they use these gurus just to ensure their drug stacks are on point?
