berberine (if you cant get metformin)
and season everything sweet you eat with tons of cinnamon
= theres your homemade nutrient partitioner for half a buck a day

of course a measly 200mg of tren a week will yield better results than all of these together tho :D

I hate nutritional and fat loss advice from folks that never need to do cardio.  

Give me a big ole fatty that saw results from this partitioner capsule causing more carbohydrates to used for muscle than fat.

GH15 was a big fan of cinnamon.  Might be something to it.  In fairness, berberine + cinnamon actually doesn't sound like a bad combo.

Most of the stuff out there these days is garbage, though, that's for sure.  "Carbon Supplements."
